Emaar has launched its newest Creek Harbour tower, introducing a 1% monthly payment plan for the first time in the Creek Harbour masterplan. The launch collection offers studios, 1-bed and 2-bed apartments starting from AED 920,000.
The plan requires just 10% at booking, followed by 1% monthly instalments across the construction period, with the final 20% due at handover in Q1 2027. This structure dramatically lowers the cash-flow barrier for investors and end-users alike.
